Several months ago, we began communicating with our customers who are using legacy SkyCaddie products manufactured before 2015 to advise them that soon our systems will no longer support those products. This support specifically relates to the USB connectivity method those legacy SkyCaddies use to access our system.

That system is now outdated and not 'future' safe in its design. Hence all our newer products now have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, which makes it much easier for customers to connect and download courses, sync scores and receive product updates. We now live in a world of consumer electronics that operate over Wi-Fi, such as home security cameras, tablets, speakers and similar household technology.

We would like to extend an upgrade offer to you as part of a select group of customers to get you on the course with a new SkyCaddie LX5 or SkyCaddie LX2. Both include all the features of your current older SkyCaddie device, but with many more course features available* and a bigger responsive touch screen to amplify its brilliant color display. Plus, they're equipped with Wi-Fi, so updating courses and syncing scores is much faster and easier without ever having to connect to a computer.

When you upgrade, we will set up your new SkyCaddie on your account so that you are ready to play a round as soon as it arrives.

We genuinely appreciate you as a loyal SkyCaddie owner, some of whom are still using our products manufactured 20 years ago. We love that these products are still being enjoyed; however, we must move forward with todays technology if we are to continue to deliver exceptional products with top-of-the-line features for years to come.
